Terms of Use
Free, open-source software
DragTwoZero is made available without charge by Maxim Shevchenko-Tymchuk. Rights to use, copy, modify, and redistribute the software are granted by the MIT license. These usage notes do not add restrictions to that license and do not require a separate account or subscription.
Purpose and operation
The app helps transfer text and links between accessible applications. Features depend on macOS permissions and the accessibility support of the source and destination apps. Some editors, documents, or tables may not be supported. Beta functions, including multiselect, may change or behave unexpectedly.
Check the destination and inserted content. A table-cell drop may replace the cell’s value. The clipboard may retain transferred text if insertion cannot be confirmed. Save important work and use the destination app’s undo facilities where appropriate.
Your content and third parties
You retain your rights in content you process. The software license does not give you rights to another person’s content or authorize access to restricted information. Observe applicable copyright, confidentiality, privacy, and workplace obligations. Receiving applications and services operate under their own terms.
Warranty, liability, and statutory rights
The MIT license contains a warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability. They apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these notes or the license overrides mandatory rights, including non-excludable liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or any applicable mandatory consumer or product-liability rights. Calling a feature “beta” does not waive those rights.
Support and changes
You can contact the publisher for questions or bug reports. No additional contractual service-level or response-time commitment is made here. Any obligations imposed by applicable law remain unaffected. New versions may contain different functionality; these notes do not authorize unilateral changes to an existing paid contract or restrict rights already granted under the MIT license.
